Experience: 5 years of experience with Technical IT and Technical Analysis experience, or related. Requires skills and experience in the following: Proficiency in application, software, and hardware implementations and upgrades. Familiarity with Salesforce systems design. Proficient in Linux, Windows, Windows Server, iOS, and Android operating systems. Advanced competency in Scripting. Proficient in Tibco, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, Apache, and ActiveMQ Messaging Services. Demonstrated experience in software licensing and maintenance management. Extensive experience in Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTs) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) differences and platforms. Competent with Servers, Peripherals, and IT Infrastructure. Solid background in the IoT (Internet of Things) and Firmware Devices and Technology. Deep understanding of system functionality, workflows, virtualization, scrum and waterfall methodologies. Experience in LDAP and Active Directory Services.
Job duties: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects in the form of enhancements for our internal system. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between the business requestor and the development team. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Schedule meetings to understand their needs and collect detailed requirements from the business. Coordinate follow-up meetings for any additional clarifications needed. Improve with “sizing” the enhancement and works with the business to prioritize, determine timing, on the multiple enhancement requests.
