As a Research Decision Science Analyst, Customer Insights, you'll extract, validate, and cleanse data using advanced coding techniques. You'll design and apply analytical and statistical methods/models to understand our customers' behaviors using customer data and primary quantitative research data.

We are looking for:
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 2+ years of experience in statistics and research preferably in retail / other consumer-facing industry

What is the work?
- Using coding techniques (predominately R, SQL and Python), mines, validates, cleans, aggregates and analyzes large data sets from customer data and primary quantitative and qualitative research
- Executes day-to-day custom data analysis and visualization with direction
- Assists on large analytics projects
- Works across data platforms (e.g., web analytics, transactional data, customer data, primary research data, customer experience data)
- Works closely with Customer Insights Research Analysts as part of a larger project team
- Assists internally with interpretation of statistical findings
- Assists in the development of new methods of representing data in tables and visual format
- Assists in the development of GAI prompt designs for use in unstructured data tagging, analysis and summarization

What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 2+ years of experience in statistics and research
- Strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, and R (posit)
- Working knowledge of big data environments
- Basic knowledge of ML an AI techniques
- Experience in relational databases and data processing tools such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, Teradata
- Experience in data extraction, cleansing, validating, and curating
