Job Summary: Performs research work and prepares financial analysis necessary to make essential corporate planning decisions.

Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as necessary
- Manages one or multiple Financial Analysis functions
- Responsible for the production or services of the department or area
- Hires, fires, promotes, demotes, transfers, disciplines and grants raises or effectively recommends such actions
- Leads, coaches and provides effective feedback
- Assists in developing budgets and goals
- Is the primary supplier of feedback to upper management
- Manages one or more multiple work groups or unites in several different areas or a large functional unit
- Receives information in the form of objectives and sets goals to meet objectives
- Work is reviewed based on meeting objectives
- Provides clear objectives and offers support as needed
- Expresses how employees impact operational objectives
- Completes objectives through lower level supervisors or exempt professionals who have some latitude
- Participates in enterprise level or cross-functional projects when necessary

Education and Experience preferred
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 8+ years financial analysis experience including 1-2 years experience managing a Planning / Analysis function
- Advanced PC skills

Physical and Other Requirements
- Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
- Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays
- Sit for an extended period of time
