Job Summary: Monitors and analyzes security activities from Security Operations Center (SOC).
What is the work? (other duties may be assigned)
Security:
- Monitors by video, all entry and exit points for pedestrian and vehicle traffic on proprieties and facilities owned and operated by H-E-B
- Manages the Security Operations Center for assigned site, utilizing video management and access control systems
- Prioritizes workload based on urgency; delegates tasks
- Responsible for the intake and coordination of serious incident reports
- Performs routine duties with little or no supervision
Communications:
- Communicates with a range of audiences
- Responsible for conducting security site surveys
- Responsible for completing security reports
- Communicates incidents with a sense of urgency, and in a timely manner
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of higher education preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in security
- Previous CCTV monitoring experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

- Work extended hours; must be available to work all shifts
- Work rotating schedules – we have day, mid, and overnight shifts. Candidates must be available to work all shifts on a rotating basis.
