As an Associate Product Content Manager, you'll combine your passion for solving problems and creating innovative solutions with curating compelling, world-class product content for our customer-facing digital ecosystems to drive engagement and conversion. Content may include product descriptions, images, attributes, user generated content, videos, nutrition content, and more.

What is the work?

  • Assigned Category Support
    Functions Supported:

Image & Asset Management:

    • Review syndication data and ensure quality and standards are in place to publish online. If not, master data signaling for repair. Edit the images for the product.
    • POC for all Photography, Sample & Project coordination
    • Governance of meta data for images to be optimized with in brand folder or tool select by product.

Product Titles, Descriptions & Features:

    • Curate product descriptions based on category standards. Review syndication data and ensure quality and standards are in place to publish online. If not, master data signaling for repair. Edit the copy for the product.

Hierarchy Support:

    • Assigning template /structure to ensure proper item level placements.

Manage Attributes Meta Data:

    • Ensure core attributes are attached to a product (size, color, brand, flavor).
    • Selling attributes- Celebration, company initiatives, etc.
    • Signal the repair of Nutritional/Compliance/Regulatory- Claims, nutritional's, trademark, ingredients, lifestyle, safe handling attributes.
    • Using data feeds for OB compared to NB, ensuring that it is accurate and if not reporting back to master data.

PDP Templates:

    • Monitors that the correct template is being used for the correct category.
    • Ensure API feeds are feeding the PDP templates and understanding of what should be feeding it.

Product Card Support:

    • Validates & Publishes Approved PC attributes.
    • Source, Mobile Optimized Primary Images
    • Troubleshoots PC Image Sets

Intermediate Project Management:

    • Completes assigned SEM|NIP|Backlog worklists to ensure go-live dates are met and provide team support with supplier, procurement, and master data teams.
    • Completed Delegated Tasks within Air table, MasterQue and Helpdesk—ensuring all projects, launches and issues are actioned on-time.

Individual Contributor:

    • Entry level content managers will learn and master PIM best practices, H-E-B data flow, sourcing, and structures, applying Global Content Standards to ensure accurate, world-class PDP content presentation.
    • Communicator, Copy Writer, Asset Editor, and Project Contributor.
    • Responsible for the fill of all Core PDP Content Components within their assigned category. The ACM is responsible for the excellence & 100%Digital Visibility.
    • The ACM will partner with the supplier community to ensure all products are sourced, curated and published on time, and accurately.
    • Grasp of Global Standards, Category Style Guides and Core Attribute Structures
    • Working Knowledge of category requirements and data flow.
    • Working knowledge of Syndications Platforms, OBPS, GSS, One Drive, Scene 7,DAM, etc.
    • Working Knowledge of Supplier Portal & PAM Applications

 

Effective Relationship Builder:

    • The ACM will foster working knowledge of category needs and be able to educate cross functional partners on eCommerce content flow fundamentals and requirements


Effective Communicator & Learner:

    • Complete assigned work independently within Content Team Project Management Framework and Global Content Standards.
    • Foster working knowledge of Attribute requirements and EMD best practices for repair.
    • Provide concise and detailed quality and fill rate performance to supplier and master data teams.
    • Understand each categories needs, partnering with BDA’s to ensure vendor outreach are succinct.
