As a Go-To-Market Strategy Lead - Retail Media, you'll serve as the leader to Business Operations and Sales Enablement teams. You'll manage a team that delivers multiple concurrent go-to-market and operational projects from launch to completion.

We are looking for:
- 7+ years of related managerial experience in account management, digital advertising, ad tech, ad ops, or media planning / strategy

What is the work?
Leadership / Management:
- Oversees Sales Enablement and Business Operations teams; maintains productive long-term relationships with key stakeholders across technology, data solutions, e-commerce, marketing, and retail media
- Provides high level, programmatic oversight and project detail guidance
- Serves as a point of escalation for all issues and changes to existing plans
- Oversees / ensures effectiveness of go-to-market materials, technologies, and processes to unify / strengthen the H-E-B Retail Media Brand
- Leads acquisition, development, production, publication, and distribution of media content
- Manages project plans tied to major technology initiatives and ensures business dependencies are accounted; fulfills resource requirements; coordinates tasks for individuals and teams
- Leads evolution of business operations discipline; defines / documents / implements processes; iterates as needed
- Leads brainstorming sessions; serves as subject matter expert in development of processes and workflow enhancements

- Manages senior level client council that meets quarterly to support retail media
- Educates on best practices as SME; leads team training efforts and workshops; applies knowledge of sales training best practices to ensure effective delivery / implementation of educational content for ongoing training
- Leads continuous improvement of short- and long-term sales enablement and business operations strategies

Strategy:
- Leads short- and long-term strategic efforts to implement new technologies and innovate sales enablement and business operations processes
- Manages multiple strategic projects; collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Provides strategic counsel and support to leadership; ensures strategic goals are met
- Oversees development of operational support strategy
- Partners with key stakeholders on GTM strategy, rollout, and key roadmap initiatives
- Works with internal and external partners to execute new ad products, capabilities, and selling opportunities
- Leverages data to determine customer and internal needs
- Develops annual sales / expense plans; serves a key role in budgeting, strategic planning, and change management
- Creates / presents ongoing operational analyses and reports

What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 7+ years of related managerial experience in account management, digital advertising, ad tech, ad ops, or media planning / strategy
