As an Industrial Project Manager II, you'll manage multiple construction projects of medium to high complexity, with medium to high budgets.

We are looking for:
- a BS in engineering, building science or related field is a plus 
- 8+ Industrial construction management experience, with at least 2+ years of warehouse automation

- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, processes and project management principles 

- Familiarity with food and beverage safety standards

- Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills 

What is the work?
Project Management:
- Manages multiple, highly complex mid to large capital projects 
- Manages all aspects of project development. Collaborates with H-E-B business unit, all Manufacturing, Warehouse and Transportation divisions, governing agencies (AHJs) and vendors 
- Develops project scope, budget, and schedule with appropriate internal customer(s)
- Prepares request for proposal (RFP) 
- Coordinates / conducts project inspections during construction; reports on project status
- Ensures project cost control with a focus on cost reduction; assists in producing cost estimates and preliminary budgets
- Manages bid process for all projects
- Manages project scheduling and compliance
- Facilitates change management process

What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience within Industrial food and beverage construction
- 8+ years of construction management, or related experience
- PMP certification (preferred)
