As a Construction Project Leader I, you'll manage a few multiple construction projects of lesser complexity, with small to medium budgets.

-a related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience; PMP certification
-6+ years of construction management or related experience

What is the work?
Project Management:
-Manages multiple, concurrent projects of lesser complexity with small to medium budgets
-Manages all aspects of project development / closeout with all Facility Alliance departments, H-E-B business units, governing agencies, and vendors
-Coordinates / conducts project inspections during construction; reports on project status
-Ensures project cost control with a focus on cost reduction; assists in producing cost estimates and preliminary budgets
-Manages bid process for all projects
-Manages project scheduling, permitting, and compliance
-Facilitates change management process

What is your background?
-A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
-6+ years of construction management, or related experience
-PMP certification
