Responsibilities

Central Market is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and reporting on campaigns across various digital platforms, including paid media, email, organic social media, and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media buying, with a focus on driving results and optimizing campaign performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage media budgets effectively, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to inform future strategies and optimizations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, ecommerce, external agencies, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Utilize email marketing and CRM platforms to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and drive engagement and conversion.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on media buying and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp) preferred.
  • Retail industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
